What to Expect & Bring

To ensure you have an efficient and thorough examination.

Please bring with you to your appointment:

  1. Old/Current copies of prescriptions of glasses/contacts you may have – it will help us get a baseline of your previous refractive status
  2. Old/Current pair of glasses- good or bad it will help allow us to identify your visual prescription
  3. Insurance/Medical card – we will have it on file to help with smooth insurance verification

At your Appointment- BE ON TIME – if you are late please call to let us know or we may have to reschedule or change your status to walk-in thus making it a longer experience which we don’t want to happen.
